HARDY !

I broke my 5wt two eyelets down from the tip. Called them up and they told me where to send it and that they would be in touch with me.

So on Oct 3 I put it in the mail with all the info they asked for. On Oct 12th I come home to a package on the porch. It is my rod with a new tip section. They waived the warranty fee, no questions asked.

Now that is what I call service.

I have only broke one other rod and it was a SAGE. I have no complaints with their service but it did take longer to get my rod back and I did have to pay their "handling" fee. Again not complaining just comparing.

Just wanted to share a great experience with a company that takes care of their customers. (or at least with me they did)

Great service...That's one thing that can come from dealing with such a large company. Pure Fishing owns Abu Garcia, Berkley, Fenwick, Hodman, Mitchel, Pflueger, Penn...
