Was at Green Mtn. this morning for a brief period.(about 20 min.). Ice varied from 5"-6". Very noisy, felt the ice move every time it cracked, so I got the heck out of dodge and went to Dillon, Snake River inlet. landed 4 rainbows between 10"-14", missed alot of strikes, no kokes. Tried out the Vexilar F-18. I will never leave home without it!!!

Yeah where were you?
I was on the North end, West of Willows campground and just East of the Dam. I am not sure where exactly, but I parked next to a restroom. I personally like 8"-10" of ice to feel comfortable.

I'm with you on the ice thickness...I usually like to have 6-8" before
I feel comfortable. I have my son with me and don't want to take
any chances.....
