So I'm closing up shop here at work and I'm talking about the upcoming get together. One of my bartenders swears he and his family always catch lakers on ham. Regular deli ham. He says they use weighted trebel hooks and ball it up and put it on them and jig it. Is he full of s**t or is there some truth to this?

I did not end up trying ham or any other pork products at Granby on Sat.

should the ham be on the hook in strips, cubes, should I pour a little glaze on it. Or maybe some gravy but then that brings up the question of light or dark gravy or maybe I shoud wipe a little sweet potatoe onit or maybe mashed. This is gettin way to confusing. I think I'll just drop invitations thruogh the hole and invite em to thanksgiving dinner!

If you really want to know I was told to use thin slices of black forest ham, balled up on a weighted treble hook and jigged.
