A friend and I hit Harriman at about 3pm yesterday and landed a couple when we first got there. He got a small walleye (about 7-8") and I landed a fat old cat! he was about 15-17 pounds. Largest cat I've caught to date. I let him go so maybe he'll become a 20-25 pounder! I'll post some pics in a couple days. Also bumped into z-man out there. Nice meeting you z-man, it was good to talk!

I got him on a ball of crawlers and a dead minnow. I should have a pic of him (or her) up in a couple days.

i saw you guys there that day, i stopped by there to try out a new reel.

i rode my bike right past you guys, carrying 2 poles... gave the "whats up" nod to dude in camo ... funny ... went by tryin not to run into those 2 lil kids & their mom

does anyone here eat catfish?? the cats i caught in Michigan were released, each could have fed 3-4 people i bet

I would only eat catfish if I was on survivor i think, not really sure about those

I already posted this, but where you guys were seemed alittle crowded & the wind was in your favor ... not enough room for me, next time I lll stop if I see ya ... anyways i went to a cove kinda area southside just to throw some lines out. some guy about hit me in head with a dog trainer toy ... was nuts .. at least his dog was cool
