Any you folks have time on the Henrys Fork up by Island Park? Spending the weekend up there and going to be floating it. Fished it a few years back further downstream north of St. Anthony. Can't remember much but a lot of bugs flying around. Big drakes I believe. Excited to get out of this heat and experience some fall temps too. Lows in the upper 20s!

There still might be some big drakes on the Ranch, but it is getting late in the season for those. Rubberlegs and streamers will always produce on both the upper and lower river. Terrestrials will also produce along the banks. Baetis on cloudy days will start being more important. Trouthunter and Jimmy's usually have a relatively up to date reports.

Thanks Clarckaram. Floated from Osborne Bridge down to Riverside CG. Slow stretch was slow. Really mossy and only little fish. Once we got into the canyon stretch things picked up and hooked into some nice fish. 2 inches of snow was on the ground Saturday AM but wasn't much wind and the day warmed up a little. Great country too bad it's 9 hours away. Till next time...
