yah I know I could not put it in as an attchment because my picure size was too big it is supposedd to be only 34km. and I had bigger or something like that.

Download Picasa from www.picasa.com.  It makes it really easy to sort all of your pics and it allows you to resize them on the fly!!

Follow the directions I posted there or the ones Dan posted and you can link the image to the forum instead of attaching it, then it doesnt matter how big the image is.
