My wife and I went to the Amish country in Ohio. We were with a tour group, really a whole different life style. If your not Amish they consider you "English". We ate our meals at a different farm for all 3 meals, quite the eye opener. it's amazing what we saw the people do with horses and no electricity.

Right? So a car with an engine is out of the question but apparently an outboard is ok...
Anything with rubber tires can't be owned by an Amish, look at the wheels on the boat trailer. They use hay balers with gas engines that are pulled by horses.

If you get handy enough with that scythe you can use it to fillet perch!

I'll prolly have the same results, a hacked up mess but I'm getting better.
