Yep...just got to get a good one early to get the blood pumping and to give you a good reason for being so stupid...the only thing I wont challenge is lightening...I have been shocked by my graphite rod twice at Spinney when a storm was on the other side of the lake...you just kind of set your pole down...creep back to the vehicle...and go throw your freshly soiled underwear away!...

I think it is fairly unanimous here...that we all strongly dislike fishingkats for his sun comment...I am waiting on my weekly call from my son (affectionately known as the "little maggot")...he is a sound engineer for Royal Carribbean Cruise Lines...on a six month contract in the Bahamas...he has three more weeks there and then they sail through the Panama Canal for two months in Hawaii...followed by two more months of the inside passage in Alaska...have I mentioned I have a strong dislike for my son too?!...just kidding...a great job when you are 25...nevermind I take it back...I still hate him...boy will he be rubbing it in...I can shut him up though...I will just ask him how the snow boarding is in the Bahamas...since he really misses it...

Some of the best fishing I have ever had was during snowstorms. I remember last year I was down at Brush Hollow and it started to snow. I was gonna go in but the bass bite was just awesome. Stayed out there way too long-stripped down to my skivvies for the ride home to try and warm up. Only a 30 min. hot shower could stop the shakes. Can you say hypothermia?! Ed

River fishing the colorado is nothing short of excellent during a snow storm. It is not very good, however, when the water is muddy like it is now.
I did fish today, for about an hour, at highline lake near the colorado/utah border. It was futile to row my personal pontoon boat though, with that extreme wind. It also was raining some when I realized the largemouth probably weren't going to be too active in this weather and left. Okay... I got tired of being so darn cold and rowing so much with so little fishing ;D

Eric.
I've got this for PS2... Ever notice that the musky fights are so wimpy compared to a king salmon or a walleye?

:D :D
