I've caught lots of stocker trout on wooley buggers doing that from the rocks right there.... I also lost tons of wooley buggers in the rocks right there.
The little spillway at twin lakes is always fun if you just want to catch fish though... I've never caught anything big there mostly 8-10 inches but I have had 50 fish days there. I ususally use a stimulator with a copper john or san juan worm as a dropper.
