i fished jackson on the 26 in the inlet, managed to catch a wiper and my brother did to, wiper action was slow, way to many carp lol , wiper were 18 inches, my other brother caught a nice wiper off the dam on 24 of april measuring 29 inches and 10 lbs, unfortunatley i wasent able to go i fished the arsenal instead and had a blast caught nine pike and one 6 pound largemouth

Where did you catch those pike, and how? What lure did the bass hit?

i caught the pike at the rocky moutain arsenal on zara spook, swim baits, and i caught the bass on a rainbow swim bait

I've always wanted to fish the arsenal...but it is like hundreds of miles away and you need a permit or something wierd. So I probably never will :'(

actually the at the arsenal you only have to take a 10 minute class and you get a permit, the arsenal is off 56th and havana, the arsenal so far this year has been fishing good

every saturday and sunday the class for the arsenal is at 9 in the white tent behind the visitor center, the entrance is off 56th and havana
