I know some dudes from here went a couple weeks ago and said it was real slow. Those guys fish out tgere a lot so I'd take their word for it for sure. That was a couple weeks ago so can't say if it's changed since then.
The last report I had was the 5th of March . The Spillway are was fishing good for Saugeye in the 19 to 21 inch range using twister tail type grubs on a jig head with a fathead . Crappie were doing well with a slip bobber and a minnow.
Catfish in the 3 lb class were doing good on worms and cut bait. This was before the last cold spell that hit . After the spell it has slowed down quite a
bit.
Hopefully with some warmer weather it will pick up again.
