I resoundingly second the advice offered by Ouray for the Arkansas River. That spinning tackle combo will absolutely slay the browns that hug the banks. The only downside is that the Arkansas is along US50 and you have to deal with traffic noise but that's a small price to pay for taking those hard hitting browns!
