So negative... Why focus on the bad? There's some beautiful boats out there at very attractive prices... but I struggle to find them... :D

it's OBO. So he's starting out optimistic, with room to drop the price. ;D
OK you're right, it's ridiculous. Maybe he thinks that motor must be worth something to somebody.

All to little IMO.
Having a 20 footer for years I will never go back to anything smaller.

20 footers are too big for most folks' garages. Not to mention budgets. A 16'6" boat with an adequate beam is fine for Colorado. But more is probably better if space and money ain't an issue.
