I was looking up Colorado records today and saw that the state record for King Salmon was 11 lbs 0 oz caught at Williams Fork in 1989.

Does anyone have some background on king salmon in Colorado? I am assuming they are probably all gone, but there has to be some interesting stories on them and how they got here.

Stocked Chinook Salmon for awhile then stopped I guess. Nebraska still has some lakes with Coho and/or Chinook.
