I have been renting our place the past few years and using it some, but we just don't use it near enough anymore so I'm selling it. The pics are at this link on this site http://www.coloradofisherman.com/forum/4-buy-sell/66305-lake-mac-house-rent-some-weekends.html. Selling price is $35,000 and it comes with everything that is there fridge, washer dryer, beds, grill, electric hot water heat ect.... It is a leased lot so the lot lease is $550 a year. If you are interested shoot me a text (970)580-8790.

Sorry to burst your bubble.
Looks like a trailer in a trailer park to me, thus the $550.00 lot fee.

550 a year is not bad... I'd cop that trailer in a heartbeat.

I have a trailer at Lakeview and it has gone up to $1400/year for lot rent to state. I am beginning to think it is not worth having it.

Lease, Rent. Not a good investment. Poor financial future and long road to retire. IMO

Any time you pay for something you never own or pay off explain the reasoning .

To be clear, you own the trailer, but lease the lot? Are there state taxes on the trailer? What is the average electric bill?
