Lake Trout- Is it good to eat?

They have to be cooked right...go to Home Depot...get an oak plank...cook them at 400 in your oven for 15 minutes with your favorite marinade...cover fish and plank liberally with marinade...remove from oven throw the fish away and eat the oak plank...it will be a little chewy but it will taste better than the laker...I love fish...but laker tastes like ship...

Everybody knows if you are going to eat a smallie...they have to be over 6 pounds...7.5 pounds is even better...that way your have a lot left over to feed the rosebushes too!!!...

I think ZMan cooks all his fish this way..

Um nope...I just dont like eating cod liver oil...greasy little bastages...
