took advantage of the nice weather and finished my boating season at chatfield. fishing was good but slower than the past weeks could have been the 39 degree water temp but still managed some nice sallies and walleyes with some carp thrown in the mix. so with the end of boating for the year and cold weather coming fast ice season is just around the corner, think ill follow slayerfish around the state so I can catch some big ones. but anyway if you got the time go out and have a blast the fish are mostly around humps usually around twenty five fow and still very hungry
