City Park lake in Fort Collins used to have a few catfish in it. Maybe try there.

Boyd Lake or Lake Loveland has catfish, not sure the water levels.

you can try the pond by Walmart at i25 and mulberry I heard its got cats in it plus easy access even at night

Pelican Lake at St.Vrain on cut bait. You'll kill it there!
