If you want to make your voice heard, please attend the anglers roundtables that the Colorado Division of Wildlife will be holding in your area, if they haven't already held it. Please speak out agaisnt the scented/salted plastics law! A good technique to debate with them is to use their strategic plan against them. In this case, they are minimizing fishing opportunities by doing this. Particularly warmwater fisheries. Although, you guys on the east slope are not nearly as devastated by the rule as us on the west slope, because our best warmwater fisheries (excluding the yampa) are flies and lures only. Nothing gets done bitching about it on the internet, except getting groups organized. So get a group organized, have a common cause, and go to the roundtables!!!
