I went out to fish my local spot for an hour and a half or so. Got there a little before midnight. The moon was pretty bright so I threw on my blue herring rogue which seems to get bit more when there's a lot of moonlight. I was working it fast instead of doing the slower retrieves which a lot of people swear by right now. Got three fish and kept one for dinner. Didn't find any beasts but the bite is good for both smallies and walleye so I'm going to continue to take advantage of it. The pics aren't great but I'll try and get some better ones next time. It's hard to beat consistent smallies during the day and walleye at night.
