He is a filthy elitist.:D Then again, we are all elitist in our own ways. The guys touting their fancy $600 rods and the guys touting their $30 Ugly sticks. The micro brew snobs and the PBR snobs... But I think Slayer is more of an entertainer than anything else, and he understands hubris is needed for a good tragicomedy.

Speaking of Luckys, I started fishing with the Lighting series lures last year and I really liked them. They are cheap for Luckys ($10 or less if you shop around). They dive a little deeper than most jerkbaits, which works well for me from the boat. The two models below are the only 2 kinds of jerkbaits I bought so far this year.

Nice! Have you seen the new rattling bladebaits by Rapala? I saw some guy post something about them online and they looked so sick but I can’t fins them now. As soon as I find something on them I’ll post it. They looked awesome

Can you REALLY just buy one or two? One is a mistake because when you start to catch fish on it then lose it, you have a travesty. Two is hardly better than one. I always buy at least three or four. Which makes me really popular when my better half starts to "organize" the boat garage......
