Palmer Lake was drained and restocked last summer with Trout. I heard a rumor there were Pike in there now. I fished it with my kids last summer and didn't get a bit. We used to catch Trout and Panfish there all the time before it was drained.
Monument Lake was also drained a year or two ago for dam repairs. I think it is refilling slowly and may have some Trout in it.
