what they fail to mention, is what they fried it in. no mater how much good omega 3 is in fish, if you fry it in an oil like corn or canola, the bad omegas in the oil far out weight the benifit from the fish. now if you use an oil/fat that is also high in the good omega 3's then things are different. use things like olive oil, coconut oil or better yet lard, butter, or tallow from grass fed animals and your heart will thank you
