I just graduated from college and moved to colorado from wisconsin. I had a choice of 20 some places to work in the US and I went down the list and picked the one with the best fishing. I love fly fishing but back in Wisconsin I fished mostly warm water streams. I don't really know how to fish for trout but am eager to learn. Can anyone recommend a book to buy or a fly shop near loveland that will be a good start for me.

Goto the Sportsmans warehouse there in Loveland. They usually have some pretty knowledgeble people working there.

You live real close to the Big Thompson river and Rocky Mountain national Park! So you have tons of places to learn!!!

Hit up Sportsmans there off 25, by the huge sound track, the place is packed with gear, and people who know what they are talking about...

Great Western flyfishing, is a great fly shop in Loveland! Ron Albert and Don Davis are very knowledgeble, friendly and will point you in the right direction.
