hello all,

i recently purchased a 65hp mercury, without the prop and need a good idea of prop. it is a 14 inch, 15 spline, but i have been told to go from 11 to 24 grade prop.

it is to be used on 16 ft fiberglass boat, and with min amt of funds i cant experiment too much, so need the right pitch.

any info would be appreciated,
