Hey peeps,
I moved from Colorado about a year ago and left behind a sweet 16ft Old Town "Guide" canoe. I need to get rid of it now and it will cost me more than I want to spend to drive there and back (omaha) to get it. Not to mention I bought an Emotion Stealth Kayak and like it much better. Its smaller and easier to use. So, I would like to donate it to a charity that will use it. I don't want to give it to a charity that will turn around and give it to some "less fortunate" people. I want it used as much as possible since I am giving it away and don't really want to. So I was thinking if there is a charity that could use it most days during camps and what not that is where I want it to go. Do any of you know of a charity that will use it? I figure there are plenty of outdoor charities in CO. Maybe some kids camps or camps working with the disabled.
Thanks,
Jim
