I have fished for trout my whole life but always wanted to fish for bass, walleye, and pike. I live in greeley.
What are some good places to fish near there.
I fished in lake Estes this weekend cought
2 bows about 12 in
1 brown about 12 in
1 brown about 15 in
all 4 below the dam
but nothing out of the lake  ???

FishFreak,
I would get colorado topo book read the fishing reports and pick a new lake to try every weekend I could.
For now pinewood has big tigermusky Williams fork by hotsulfer springs has pike. For bass try horsetooth in fort collins.
Goodluck

Fishfreak --- Lake Estes has been off the last week or so, but your (below the damb) fishing sounded good. Near Greely, I'd try Frank Easement ponds. Take 34 toward Loveland, turn right on CR road 13, and it will be on your right. Jackson Lake isn't too far from Greely either.

Seeley reservoir isn't far at all but I don't know how the fishing is. It is supposed to have walleye, crappie, catfish, pike(good luck), and sunfish.
