*IT* happened again at Pueblo last night. Had a good night bite going with a decent east wind, dropping barometer and pre-front conditions when the Evil North Wind descended upon me. Everything shut down in seconds.

Over the last 4-5 years I've really started to pay closer attention to wind direction (more than speed) and try to pick my night spots accordingly. I have yet to figure out anything that works once the wind switches to out of the north.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's written in some walleye book not to fish when there's a north wind but I guess I'm just getting *wind* of it now. Anyone else have this experience? Anyone have any success anywhere when a north wind blows? Or when the north wind blows is it time to go to bed?
