Bill at Lake John Resort reports that the wind has pretty well destroyed the ice that had been forming on East and South Delanys. He was unsure about Cowdrey but Lake John is getting blown away, so it will be awhile yet before those lakes are fishable. DARN, I am ready!

Hit lake john many years ago it had been frozen but had then blown off. However, all the pack ice had blown into the SE corner and refroze. It was quite fishable in that small area-

Ice is still thin on the lakes on top of the pass. Some fishable ice at North Michigan Reservoir but nothing very big out of there. A lot of 10-12 inchers. Still nice to get something through the ice though.
