Ingredients from bottom to top:
Tortilla,Blew Cheese, perch, Avocado, lettuce, tomato, salsa, sharp cheddar.

Throw a few Blew cheese crumbles on top and it's good to go!

Taco you say? Never known one to take up a whole dinner plate. I certainly envy your recent latest haul but also heard you caught some nice perch at one of my favorite close to home spots about a week and a half ago.

Corn tortillas next time...

Nice, I'd call that a Wrap not a Taco though.:cool:
For us a fish taco always starts with a lightly fried corn tortilla, cabbage not lettuce, cilantro, lime squeezed generously on it, a nice white cream sauce that tastes nothing like blue cheese, some Avocado along with a good hot sauce or fresh salsa.


I'm eating some tasty small fish tonight also.

You teach me the finer points of fish cleaning, I teach you the proper ways of fish tacos. I beg you to stop the horror that is your fish tacos. You are too good for this. Your legacy cannot have this hole. IT CANNOT!

Man those Tacos were excellent last night. Belly full, slept like a baby. Life is good!

Good corn tortillas are the Tortilla Land uncooked corn.

No oil needed just a hot skillet.

Their flour ones are tastey too.
