If you were fishing with some one on your boat that didn't have a fishing license and you were checked by a ranger, are there any repercussions to the boat owner?

Your boat meets all requirements so good to go there.

Does the unlicensed person get the ticket and that's the end of it?

I looked at the regs but came up blank on this issue.

What's your take on this?

only the person that dosn't have a licence gets the ticket, not your responsabilty
This ^^^

The person can have some time to prove they have one if they have it and just don't have it with them, or if they just don't have one they get a ticket.

Never came across it here but in Alaska it's the Captains responsibility to make sure, found that out the hard way.
