its real easy the trick you seam to have missed is to host your pic on a site

go here http://imageshack.us/

click "browse", browse to your image then click on the image so it is highlighted then click the open button, then click the "host it" button

then you will get several options i use the "hotlink for forums" just copy and past that line between the "

" tags

once you get the hang its easy
