Kolo, its primarily a put-n-take lake (more like a large man made pond) and most people I've seen fishing there tend to catch trout and small panfish. There were some larger fish transplanted when a certain local lake was drained for repairs, but as much pressure as it receives you will be hard pressed to catch anything other than large carp or the occasional catfish that remain there.
As for where to find fish and what to use; baitfishing is what most do there and the most popular areas are the ones with the most trash lying on the bank.
Pretty dumpy place to fish if you ask me, but if you just need to wet a line and don't mind "stocker hogs" filling there limits and then some; it might be just perfect.
