I have been up there about a hundred times. I like fishing there and catch alot of trout on the Z- lure and PowerBait color pink and orange (use mostly bright colors cause of darkness in the water). But I want to catch those MUSKIES that are roaming and rolling the surfaces and depths of Pinewood. and mostly because of the sizes people have caught there going to be a weld county record.OR something like that cause I know theres 15 to 30 lbsers in there.

I love going up there also. I was just wondering if anyone is having luck yet. And Pinewood is Larimer County, not Weld. :) When do you usually make it up there? Maybe I'll see you there sometime.

pinewood reservoir muskie are awesome, if you want to catch them something that resembles a crawdad works well, its to bad you cant fish the dam ive seen numerous muskie along the rocks, muskie will chase a 14 inch imatation trout lure, my brother caught a 48 incher last summer i was there, we had about five or six pike following in the trout lure
