is there any good way to access the end of the dam by plum creek without a boat? a decent bike path? an actual road to drive?

Bike path on top of the dam, parking lot on top at west side.

Long walk to fish barren bottom.Never did much good over there .Did catch a few in brush on west side accesed from south boat dock.

did a nice little hike over yesterday, an industrious beaver has changed the area from when I was last there. mostly everything was so silted that I couldn't get anywhere I wanted without feeling like I might be stuck forever. Pikester's kayak will be the way to do it.
with all of the flooded trees I'd like to think perch might be there sometime, but there wasn't anything this time.
