Chatfield has been at full pool or within a foot since Memorial Day.

Last year I fished the Plum Creek inlet at Chatty a bunh, but both times I have tried this year, the path has been flooded. Is it flooded or have I forgotten how to get there. Usually we park and walk the dirt path that takes you along the river and out on the beach. Is Chatfield just too full this year?

There is plenty of shorline missing that was there last year...especially back by the cliffs in the rookery...I think the lake level is been up 5 to 10 feet this year...seems like the roadbed by the handicap pier is about 7 feet deeper than it was last year...so I dont think you have lost your mind...
