I managed to snap a blade on wednesday. I called ion to see where the closest dealer was and they asked what happened. I explained the situation and they said they would overnight me a new set of blades. When they arrived they through in an insulated battery bag. By the way the blades are way sharp. I tore up my finger trying to get the blade piece off.

Not too bad a deal. Sounds like a reputable company. Hope I don't have to go thru that anytime soon.

How did it happen (snapped blade)?

Ralpert, I had the same issue with the trigger sticking on mine again this weekend. This time it wasn't below zero and I hadn't drilled more than a few holes. Kinda wondering if the initial product was better than the newer one...

I sent them an email and am awaiting response. $500 is a lot of money to have issue on something that has only been used for less than twenty holes.
