Got on the water about 6:30. We ended up landing one keeper smallmouth and two spots.

Also hooked into 20 inch rainbow using a *********** grub but after a couple sky jumps she got off.

The wind blew hard until about two. The last hour we fished was nice.
Had several bass following a Strike King Diamond shad. They would follow it to the boat and then take off.

Fun day as usual.

Good report. Did you get a water temp? Also, was it real crowded. I am to the point where I won't fish this place on the weekends but thats just me-I don't deal that well with the crowds of yahoos. :-[ Ed

Temp was in the mid 53 to 56. We had the whole lake to ourselves until about 10ish then the jet skiers and about 4 people breaking in Malibou ski boats came out.

Looks like it's time for the summer routine now. In 5 out by 12.
