Did some night fishing on Pueblo tonight, I ended up with 2 wiper and my buddy caught one. Mine were 3, and 3.5lbs and his was 6. I only kept one because I've never eaten wiper before and the rest were released. Caught a bunch of little bass too, had a real nice smallie throw my hook about 4 feet away from the boat. We also caught one 15.5" walleye - nice to see they're still in there. Anyone know a good recipe for cooking wiper?

right on! the stuff we use is called uncle bucks fish batter spicy. you fry it and it makes fish taste great
