Lake is fishing well for bass and walleye. Lot of guys are spooning, I've been throwing blade baits and jerkbaits
with decent results. Water temp is still 54-55 and has been clearing the past couple of weeks.

I fish Pueblo all winter long unless I'm in TX. Fewer fish as we get into Dec but better size.

Pueblo is one lake in Colorado I have never been to. I have heard lots of good reports about it for years though. Does it fish well from the bank? Or are shore scum like me SOL?

It does, especially during a storm or a cloudy day. My first day ever fishing Pueblo I got my first wiper, my bro got his and my buddy lost one. I typically do pretty well there as long as I’m not fishing midday under a bright sun.

Please delete the above-don't know what happened.

You can fish Pueblo from shore but it becomes more difficult from Dec to March as most of the fish head to
deeper water. A boat with decent electronics really helps.
