Started out at Quail Lake this morning caught a crayfish and no other bites for 2 hours so headed to Pikeview Pond where we caught them yesturday. I landed 8 rainbows 12-16 inches, caught on red,white,and blue power bait and salmon eggs MOSTLY salmon eggs. My buddy landed 1 12 inch rainbow on a worm.
Caught one trout which had a deformed bottom lip it had grown under its tongue, wasnt ripped off it was still there made the trout look like a shark was weird looking is this a whirling disease effect?
