Where can I buy minnows or do I have to catch them
what is good live bait from shore at chatfeild.
I live in greeley so like in ft collins or loveland

A place in Berthoud to buy bait like minnows and leeches in Benny's...right off of 287 behind the Conoco gas station...theres got to be a place closer though in Greeley i would think...

What are you targeting at Chatfield?

I have not fished it for about 10 days, but generally leeches are good, either tipped on a jig or under a slip bobber for bass. Its tough to get a fish to look at a minnow at this time of year because of all the fry in the water but they at times can be successful.
