Recomended sites to buy Ugly Stick Repair Kits

I have a shaspeaier ugly stick but I tried Sportsmans Warehouse, Gander Moutain, and lots of otherr fishing/Hunting places and none of them have the type I need for example they have repair kits for the top eyes but nothing else. ???

No lifetime warranty on tip? My pole's that I use braided line have it, and has come in quite handy, more than once. Basspro shops have anything?
