Yeah 2500 is fine. And the only difference between that and the 3000 is the size of the spool. Same reel though

I upgraded to Symmetre a few years back. I feel that they are worth the $$.

Does BPS still do that "trade in" sale? The one where they collect old poles/reels and donate to a charity, and give you a discount on a new reel?

I certainly hope so. That might make me happy come spring

I have a terrible history with vanish. I thought it was operator error but I don't get the same problems with other line that I spool as well

My brother got me the one on the left. It tasted great. 11% or 22 proof so it hit fairly hard I woulda done fine with a six pack of the champagne of beers though. Just sayin.
