Roaring Fork or Frying Pan fishing?

My brother fished the Fork last weekend just up from the confluence with the Colorado, and he ssaid the fishing was incredible. Rainbows were very active, and he caught most of his fish with beadhead Prince nymphs and GRHE's is sizes 18-20.

I went up to the Pan Thursday and Friday of last week and did pretty well even though it was extremely crowded. I fished from the bowl down to Big Bend and then midway down the river. The water is flowing very well and the fish are pretty spread out.
