I read in the Denver Post that the fishing was hot. I stopped by for about
45 minutes to check it out. I threw kasmasters and mepps and caught
6-7 rainbows up to 13-14". It's not my kind of fishing normally, but a good
way to kill some time before going back to work. If you want to go there,
it's off 46th between Federal and Tennyson in Denver.

I was on the South side of the lake between all of the vegetation. I didn't
see a lot of other people catching fish when I was there. It's pretty shallow,
with lots of algae.

I fished the I-70 side...lots of algae but good results. Some guy was fishing with a fly and a bobber and he was doing pretty good. Good size rainbows...last year's stock?
