Rowing frame Question

Hello,

I am new to the board, so thanks in advance for the place to ask questions.

I am in the market for a whitewater raft and I think I have it narrowed down to a particular model. 12 footer. Will be used 90% for Fly Fishing, 10% rafting class II or below.

Since this is my first raft, and not wanting to sink all my money the first trip out I was thinking of building a basic rowing frame to start.

Does anyone have experience with this? Plans, thoughts, ideas, pictures??

Thanks, NRS has some great ones but they cost an arm and a leg.
