Hey yall got a question for some of u guys concerning the spilway at Shadow Mountain. We were planing on trying for the browns here during the tournament at the end of Jan. I heard that they changed the rules a little. my question is can u fish in the big pool below the dam and the little stretch down from there?? I know there are nesting eagles but that is down stream from the dam.

What no help from yall??? 1 week to go before the tourney and I need to stratigize!! c'mon guys I know some of u know the rules if u can fish there the end of Jan.

69. Colorado River, (North Fork) including Shadow Mountain Spillway - Grand County
a. From Shadow Mountain Reservoir downstream to Granby Reservoir including
Columbine Bay to the Twin Creek inlet.
1. Fishing is prohibited from Shadow Mountain Dam Spillway to the Twin Creek
inlet of Lake Granby from October 1 through December 31.

So you should be fine for your tourney.
