I think you can find something similar if you search on several sites because it is not a hard model to find. Recently it was my wife's birthday and because I knew she wanted matching gear a long time ago, I ordered some models she wanted from https://matchinggear.com/couple-shirts/ and she was extremely happy with such a gift. Now she makes me wear those couple shirts and I do it so that she can be happy and see her smiling. For me, those clothes don't matter so much, but if that makes her happy, then I have no choice because I trully love her.
