has anyone fished either of these lakes? if so could you give me some information about them. like were to fish where to park and put a snowmobile on. any information would be greatly appreciated. my wife finally agreed to go ice fishing with me as long as we went to either one of these lakes cause there pretty.and ive never fished either.

i would be careful on both lakes , espically shadow mountain , there is a current that runs from the canal , their is open water in the channel , i have and probley never will ice fish shadow mountain, id think grand lake would be ok

Actually both of these lakes have some areas that never freeze or that freeze only with a thin skim of ice. Littlemac, I sent you a PM.
